Weekend Worktable
I need to decide what to work on this weekend:
Cutting up some thrifted game boards for journal covers. I've got enough game boards saved up to start a new series of books!
Or start some larger coiled projects that I've wanted to try for awhile, using some of these colourful linens I found at a thrift shop this week.
What do you think?

I think I love! The Risk boardgame and the fabric on the top of the heap I think are my favourites. Not that anyone should be surprised that I'm a sucker for bright flower prints. :) Have fun!
ReplyDeleteScrabble is my absolute most favorite thing in the whole wide world! When I read that you're going to be cutting up the board, I cringed, hehe, but a journal with a Scrabble cover is the next best thing! Can't wait to see it :)
ReplyDeleteYes, Erin, I agree that the teal/orange print reminds me of you!
ReplyDeleteAshlee, I love Scrabble too! I didn't ruin a good game--this one came to me with pieces missing.
oh you know I vote for the game board journals!!
ReplyDeleteAnd Ruth, that is exactly what I did! You can see them in the next post!
